Summer Enrichment Needs:

• Volunteers - Adults able to work with children to teach for Summer Enrichment 
• Monetary Donations accepted to support the program.

Overview

The primary goal of Christian Education must be that students come to know Christ as their personal savior and grow as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. The church school is founded on the fact that all truth is of God and that the word of God is the main source of God's knowledge. 

 The KABC Summer Enrichment Program was traditionally known as Vacation Bible School.  As an extension of the Sunday Church School, the main focus is to reach people, make Bible earning fun, and to teach the Bible so that children may be brought into a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  Like the Church School, VBS’s function and purpose come from the Word of God.  Deuteronomy 31:12-13 gives us God’s plan.  “Gather the people together, men, women, and children and they stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the Lord your God, and observe to do all the words of this law; and their children, which have not known anything may hear, and learn to fear the Lord.”
